Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100
Do you accept change of mind returns?

Due to the nature of the products we well, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for products that have been opened. If a product is faulty or out of date, please email info@supperior.com.au with photos of the issue and we will have a replacement sent out to you at no extra cost.
How long will it take my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, however we aim to ship your order within 24 hours (if placed before 12PM AEST). Orders placed with Standard shipping generally take between 2-5 days to arrive, and 1-3 days for Express, however this can differ based on delivery location, time of purchase and unforseen delays within the delivery network, such as weather events or busy time periods around Christmas. How will my order be packaged?

We ship orders in boxes to ensure your package arrives safely and in good condition, with ample packing materials to stop items from moving around and potentially breaking during transit. All packing contents including the box, tape, and thank you cards are 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly. If your package has arrived damaged, please contact info@supperior.com.au.
